Shipping Policy

DomEx Hardwoods ships worldwide. However, if you are outside the continental U.S., your online order cannot automatically be processed...due to the complexity of calculating a shipping charge to your location.  Please contact us directly for an accurate shipping quote, and to place your order.

For those inside the continental U.S., the rates calculated during the online check-out process are based on standard "ground" shipments from eastern PA, and may take anywhere from 2 to 7 days (within the U.S.), and possibly longer to Canadian destinations (depending upon the location).  If you need your shipment expedited, please contact us for an updated shipping rate.

The shipping calculator on this site is equipped to process a shipping charge for standard size/weight packages only.  Packages over 60" in length, and/or packages over 70 lbs, and/or packages with a total combined girth of more than 130" will be subject to additional fees, and you will be contacted prior to the shipment of your order.  We can ship up to 150 lbs (per package, and to a business address) via regular 'ground' service (such as UPS).  Orders weighing more than 150 lbs will be shipped via freight service (in which case you will be contacted, prior to shipment, with a shipping quote and for transportation arrangements).

Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
